Refund policy

According to applicable EU law, customers have the right to return goods within 30 days of receipt.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged, used, or altered products cannot be returned.

  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition.

    In your email, please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly sent, please provide photographic evidence (pictures or videos) showing the defect or error in the order. This will help expedite your refund process.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Note: Although EU law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return period to provide better conditions for our customers.
