Production and Processing Time
All products in our store are made-to-order. Production time is typically 5–7 business days before shipment. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 4–6 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • Canada: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 20–40 business days

All hats are shipped in hard cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Prices and Shipping Fees
All prices in our store, including shipping costs, are displayed with VAT included. For international orders, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities are not included in the displayed price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine if any additional charges will apply to your order upon delivery.

Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking Your Order
We provide tracking information for all shipments when available. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
